    Your initial appointment time will take about one hour and adjusted based on your Design Associate to provide you the best possible service.  Please indicate a day of the week and a time that works for you.  Appointments are best during the work week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

    1.   A project plan or a drawing that includes measurements
           
    2.  An idea of your budget
             
    3.  Potential colors and/or styles that interest you, i.e., traditional, modern, contemporary, etc.
             
    4.  Complete the information below, add comments if needed, and we will call you back to confirm your appointment.
